Test levels are provided in chairs standards to reflect the various types of use.
Level 4 or General Commercial is for normal 9 to 5 office.
Level 5 or Heavy Commercial reflects the demands of more rigorous industrial environments.
Level 6 or Severe Commercial is for tough 24 hour use in places like guardrooms and police stations.
